Pastoral Bio:

Pastor Foster was drawn to God by the Holy Ghost and received of God through Jesus Christ at the age of 24.  He, for three and a half years, served faithfully under Pastor Tommy E. Quick at the Spartanburg Christian Discipleship Center in Spartanburg, SC.  He was Anointed and Ordained a Minister on November 28th in the year of 1999.  In 2000 God anointed Minister Foster to be President of the Spartanburg Christian Discipleship Center’s building fund committee. In 2001 as a Minister he was promoted to site manager helping to construct and develop the 24,000 square ft. edifice now known as the Promised Land C.O.G.I.C.

That same year God Spoke to Minister Foster, calling him to the Office of Prophet.  Anointed, called by God, led by the Holy Ghost, he begin fellowship with a company of Prophets at New Beginning Outreach.  There he served under Pastor Harold and Linda Anderson. It was there that God began developing him in the office of Prophet and in the gifts of this office.

 Educationally, he has a high school diploma from Cornerstone Christian Academy, a Certificate Of Honor from CR England Transit Academy in Salt Lake City, UT, and for 2 years attended Liberty University where he majored in Pastoral Studies. He has also received a Certificate Of Honor from Turner Contractor College, a multi-talented Servant of God who has a vision for God’s people like no other person you know.

April 5, 2003, 4 days before his 29th birthday, at the age of 28, Prophet Foster married Sis. Towanda L. Coney. She has a 4-year degree from Fayetteville State University and is the mother of his son, Sheddrick, his two daughters, Angela and Laila.  Sent to you, Gods people on September 5, 2017, God has now once again after the first church, the Well Of Living Waters, as well as the Evangelistic Ministry, known as the God-Life Tour, has seen fit to set him over his third ministry Leap Of Faith Fellowship. Sent to Lancaster, SC and giving the gifts of Healing, Restoration and Deliverance through the Apostolic Anointing.
